Theme park ranking in Japan (2020): “Tokyo Disney Sea” ranked first in terms of customer satisfaction.

In June 2020, Oricon released “Customer Satisfaction Ranking for Theme Parks”.

“Tokyo Disney Sea” ranked first in terms of overall satisfaction (76.33 points). In Western Japan, “Universal Studios Japan” ranked first in overall satisfaction (70.73 points) .

There are seven evaluation items that make up the ranking (“ease of ticket purchase,” “staff response,” “comfort in the park,” “variety of food and drinks,” “variety of stores,” “spatial presentation,” and “ease of use”).

At Tokyo Disney Sea, many of the areas and attractions have detailed original stories that stimulate the imagination of the Guests. Because of this, Tokyo Disney Sea is especially popular among adults, and has been ranked No. 1 in eight categories.

And Tokyo Disneyland came in second in overall satisfaction (75.62 points). TDL seemed to have a higher level of satisfaction among younger people, and ranked first among “20s. In terms of evaluation items, both theme parks scored over 80 points for “staff response.

In the year 2023, a new area will open at Tokyo Disney Sea. The name is “Fantasy Springs”.
Fantasy Springs will feature attractions and restaurants from “Frozen”, “Rapunzel on the “Tangled”, and “Peter Pan”. I can’t wait!
